There are many options available at Daily Holistics. The holistic approach means we do not give a one-size-fits-all set of remedies and send you on your way.

After contacting us, you will be provided with a straightforward consultation form. This is standard practice and allows us to gain an overview of your health. The form is completely confidential, and details are held securely in accordance with GDPR, so you are encouraged to be as honest as possible when completing it. Depending on your reason for contacting us and the information provided, Sophie may arrange a further consultation (either in person or online) to gain a better understanding of your requirements, so your session(s) can be tailored to your needs. For example, if you have recurring sciatica and it’s driving you crazy, there’s not much point in prescribing a course of mantra chanting for you (or at least not to begin with!). This is a very personalised set of treatments and techniques.
The techniques are not difficult, and are suitable for everybody.
To really feel the improvements and benefit fully from these techniques, you are required to put effort in.
There is no set timescale, we are each on our own path, but let’s be clear: you get out of this what you put in!
