Yoga asana practise.
Private group sessions, or 1-2-1 sessions are available.
These sessions are what you probably imagine when you think of yoga – stretching and moving the body into different positions, sometimes in a rhythmic sequence, sometimes at a slower pace.
You will be guided through each posture and progress will be at your pace.
Sessions are suitable for all levels – even those who have never practised yoga before. Modifications to postures, and use of props, is encouraged so that the asanas are practised safely and with enjoyment (not pain!).
